American River fishing report

The steelhead season has been up and down. The lack of flows and rainfall have put a slight hamper on the bite and made it more difficult to get fish to bite. there are people flossing the upper section of the river for spawner steelhead and doing fair, but its better to leave those fish to spawn naturally and go for some clean fish with night crawlers, cured roe, large size beads, little cleo spoons, medium size spinners, and bobber fishing.

This concludes our American River fishing report

Head to the Pacific Northwest and you’ll find several walleye fishing opportunities. Oregon walleye fishing guides are currently offering walleye fishing trips in some sections of the main stem but the weather is not ideal if you’re not interested in fishing during cold weather conditions.
